Cancellation & Refund Policy

At GoTute, we value both our students' time and our tutors' dedication. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair treatment for everyone, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation by Students

• Advance Notice Required:

Classes must be cancelled at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled session.

• Eligible Refund:

  • If cancelled 72 hours or more in advance, you will receive a full refund or a reschedule credit (as per your choice).
  • If cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled class, no refund will be provided.

• No-Show Policy:

If a student does not attend a session without prior cancellation, the session will be considered as consumed and no refund or reschedule will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Tutors

If a tutor cancels a session, students will receive either:

  • A full refund, or
  • An option to reschedule the class at a convenient time.

3. Technical Issues / Emergencies

  • In case of technical issues on the tutor's end, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
  • In case of genuine emergencies (medical, natural calamities, etc.), GoTute reserves the right to review and process refunds on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Any concerns regarding cancellations or refunds can be raised with GoTute's support team at wecare@gotute.com.
  • GoTute's decision on disputes will be final.
